We provide our best estimation for orders during placeing the orders, however these are estimates. We will not be held responsible for loss of funds, negative reviews or you being banned for late delivery. If you are selling on a website that requires time sensitive results, use King Smm Provider at your own risk.
Make sure to check service average time at service page before order. Don't ask us to speed up after ordering a slow service.
This is an automatic server so after placing an order we can't edit, change, cancel it even if you insert wrong link. Make sure to check example link format on service description. Order with different link format may to work properly and not get refill / refund. Wrong link order can mark as completed automatically by server without delivery and in this case no cancel / refund.
If you delete / change username / make private your page or URL after place order or after complete the order then we can't refill, cancel or refund it.
Do Not place several order for the same link / post / profile at the same time. Wait for the first order to Completed / Canceled or Partial, before placing next order for that link / post / profile. In this case, our server can't provide actual order amount and we can't cancel / refund for this issue.
System will look at start count when you place order and mark as completed after enough quantity. So, don't ask us for cancel or anything with reason

Why did my order get canceled?
There could be two reasons of order canceled:
- Firstly, your account must be public.
- Secondly, Sometimes the server got a problem and is unable to take the order, and it cancels the order. If any order is called to cancel, it automatically refunds the money for that order too. Check the order; it costs 0. You can check your account balance too. In this case, order again.
What is partial status?
Partial Status is when we partially refund the remains of an order. Sometimes we cannot deliver a complete order, so we refund you the remaining undelivered amount.
Example: You bought an order with quantity 5000 and charged 5$, let's say we delivered 3000 and the remaining 2000 we couldn't give, then we will "Partially" the order and refund you the remaining 2000 (2$ in this example). This partially refunded amount will automatically adjust to your user balance.
Important: Partial orders are never eligible for a refill. If an order got partial, the refill guarantee for that service would revoke auto, and we are unable to refill such an order.
If an order got partial, you could order again using another server.
What is the start count?
Start count is the number of current followers, likes, and views the page/post has that you order.
Example: Your Instagram page has 1000 followers now. If you order followers service on our website, the order start count will be 1000.
Can I get a discount?
As the wholesale SMM panel, we sell services at wholesale rates. Sorry to inform you that the service price is 100% fixed here. We set service prices so tight that there is no more option to do more or less. Every customer here is a reseller like you. So, the prices that you see on our services page are the prices that you get!
I placed an order with the wrong link. Could you cancel it?
This is an automatic server, so after placing an order, we can't edit, change, or cancel an order even if you insert the wrong link. Sometimes our server can find the incorrect link and cancel it, but this is very rare.
What is the meaning of \"Quantity must be multiple of 100\"?
That means the service lot size is 100, and you have to order a minimum of 100; if you want to order more, you have to call 200, 500, 700, 1000, etc. [Not 120, 550, 780, 1070, etc.]
What does Refill / No Refill service mean?
If any service name has a refill, please check the description for how many days it provides a refill guarantee. On the other hand, if any service name has "No Refill," it means this is no guaranteed service, and it can drop at any time. If it falls, we are not responsible for it.
What does it mean R30 / R60 / R99 / R180?
R30 means 30 days refill guarantee, and R60 means 60 days Refill guarantee; similarly, it mentioned R99, R100, etc.
What does Drip feed mean?
Drip Feed is a service that we are offering, so you would be able to place the same order multiple times automatically.
Example: let's say you want to get 1000 likes on your Instagram Post, but you want to get 100 likes each 30 minutes. So, here is how to do that.

Quantity: 100
Runs: 10 (as you want to run this order ten times, if you're going to get 2000 likes, you will run it 20 times, etc.)
Interval: 30 (because you want to get 100 likes on your post every 30 minutes, if you wish to each hour, you will put 60 because the time is in minutes)
P.S: Never order more quantity than the maximum which is written on the service name (Quantity x Runs)
For example: if the service's max is 4000, you don’t put Quantity: 500 and Run: 10 because the total quantity will be 500x10 = 5000, which is bigger than the service max (4000).
Also, never put the Interval below the actual start time (some services need 60 minutes to start, don’t put the Interval less than the service start time, or it will cause a fail in your order).
How do i use mass order?

From the Services List @ https://kingsmmprovider.com/services, the service ID for this service is “Instagram Followers [15K] [REAL] ?????” is 102
Let’s say you want to add 1000 followers for each account, the output will be like this:

What does it mean [Non Drop] No Refill ?
That means the service has no drop issue, but this is a no-refill service. So, we cannot refill a single follower / like even if it drops 100% due to server issues or social media updates.
Make sure to use refill guaranteed service if you want a refill in drop case. Don't reach us for a refill after purchasing a no-refill service.
